This position will provide culinary leadership through menu planning, kitchen operations management, and implementing high standards for food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
As the Executive Chef, you will:
- Lead Culinary Excellence: Plan menus and execute culinary programs tailored to hospital needs.
- Oversee Kitchen Operations: Manage inventory, food costs, budgets, labor, and productivity.
- Ensure Food Safety: Conduct regular audits and adhere to HACCP guidelines to maintain sanitation.
- Enhance Patient Dining: Focus on improving the patient dining experience.
- Support and Train Staff: Supervise, develop, and mentor frontline staff.
- Standardize Procedures: Implement culinary systems and procedures to streamline operations.
- Build Client Relationships: Foster strong interpersonal connections with clients to understand and meet their dining needs.
Qualifications
We’re seeking candidates with:
- Culinary Experience: Background in high-volume kitchens with a focus on sanitation and quality.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a kitchen team effectively.
- Menu Planning: Experience in creating menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet client preferences.
- ServSafe Certification: Knowledge of food safety standards is essential.
- Computer Proficiency: Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in culinary management software.

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Management Experience: At least 2 years in management roles.
